Individual Training – Boys and
girls ages 12 to 20. A one-on-one program designed to
maximize training and instruction time. These sessions
are customized to develop and refine each player’s
skills in all facets of the game. The athletes will
improve their skills, techniques and basketball knowledge
through this comprehensive program. This 8-week program
includes player evaluation and one workout per week
for 1 hour.
Group Training – Boys and girls
ages 12 to 20. In addition to comprehensive individual
instruction, these sessions are ideal for developing
a better feel for game-like situations. Defense and
offense are taught simultaneously, and the interaction
among the group helps develop an understanding of each
player’s role. Workouts are for 2 to 4 players.
This 8-week program includes individual player evaluations
and one workout per week for 1.5 hours.
Team Training – Boys and girls
7th to 12th grade. These sessions are designed especially
for those who believe that the ongoing interaction of
teammates is beneficial. This program will promote team
unity in the off-season, and specific needs are addressed
to improve team chemistry. Since this program involves
all or part of a team, workouts are for 5 to 10 players
and are extended to 2 hours each. This 8-week program
also includes individual player evaluations.

Player Evaluation – This is a
one-time assessment to determine the skill level of
each athlete. Each player is evaluated using a numerical
rating of 7 specific criteria that cover all aspects
of the game. This is an excellent tool to measure the
player’s ability to compete at each level. A consultation
to review the evaluation and set goals for the future
will follow the session. Player evaluations last 1.5
hours.
Shooting Clinics – Boys and girls
ages 11 to 18. These 5-hour clinics feature player evaluations,
comprehensive shooting instruction, and fun shooting
games. Private clinics can also be arranged for large
groups or teams.

Camps – Boys and girls ages 11 to 18.
These 3-day camps are for those players who aren’t
ready for the full training program but want more than
a 5-hour clinic. The camps emphasize shooting, defense
and ball handling. Private camps can also be arranged
for large groups or teams.
